Eating Right Stuff at Right Time



Eating right in your 20s and 30s will help keep the fountain of youth flowing for long.

It's in our 20s that we tend to drop puppy fat and sport a fully developed body. But to ensure a healthier life ahead, it's important to inculcate healthy eating habits now.
01. Consume more nutritious beverages like milk and fruit juices.

02. Smaller meals in a day conserve energy.

03. The more you move the more you burn calories and in turn it keeps your energy up. Anything that elevates your heart rate circulates more oxygen to your lungs.

04. Next time a snack attack occurs, drink a glass of water instead of reaching for chips.

05. Little sleep may leave you susceptible to eating on the way back home.

06. Despite many failed diets, try again. Just commit for one week. Then see a difference and joy may be ready to commit to another week or so.
