Detox with Dandelion Greens


Detox diets, also known as cleansing diets, are diet plans with the intent of cleansing the body of toxins. They are short term diets typically lasting approximately one to three weeks. Although the body naturally detoxifies, when there is an excess of toxins, alternative methods are needed for maximum beneficial results.
